Heavy office damage from roof collapse

SERVPRO of Chino / Chino Hills responded to a commercial storm loss wherein a roof had pooled a great deal of water before eventually buckling under the weight and collapsing in to the offices and other rooms below. This was a major mitigation job that required many hours of work to restore. BEFORE PICTURE: An alternate angle of the ceiling, insulation, and duct work from the ceiling after it spilled onto the floor and desks below. T-bar and fragments of ceiling tile can be seen among the wreckage. AFTER PICTURE: the front window and bare studs of the office can be seen. Our technicians removed the drywall as well as all of the debris.
