Commercial Roof Collapse

SERVPRO of Chino / Chino Hills responded to a commercial storm loss wherein a roof had pooled a great deal of water before eventually buckling under the weight and collapsing in to the offices and other rooms below. This was a major mitigation job that required many hours of work to restore. BEFORE PICTURE: The ceiling, insulation, and duct work in the ceiling spilled onto the floor and desks below, smashing desks and tossing debris about the entire office. T-bar and fragments of ceiling tile can be seen among the wreckage. AFTER PICTURE: after removing the debris, our technicians cut and removed affected drywall and flooring.
